Production
All items are made to order unless specified as ready to ship. For Rest. In. Patio Lounge Chairs please allow approximately 2 weeks from purchase date for item to be constructed and shipped. Please visit product page to take note of production timelines for any other items available on the website. If there are any delays caused by materials being unavailable we will notify the customer via email as soon as possible.
Shipping
Currently we offer only Standard Shipping (1-5 Business days) within the United States. We ship from Las Vegas, NV
Customs
At this time we are unable to accommodate custom orders on Rest.In.Patio Lounge Chairs and Wyvern Bodices. Custom colors of available crochet items may be able to be accommodated at Nicole's discretion. Please reach out via the CONTACT page.
Returns
No returns or refunds will be accepted once the item has shipped. In the instance that the item is damaged during shipment we will accept the item back to offer repairs. If there are delays in production due to materials being unavailable the customer will be notified via email and may choose to be refunded.
Repairs
Unfortunately once the item leaves us we have no control over what happens as it makes its journey to you. If your item arrives damaged please CONTACT us to arrange the appropriate repairs
